Im a new costumer and i just had purchased this i tested to see if it works and what i had accidentaly deleted has never been brought back so basically this product is a scam. ive tried to bring back family pics and never got them back i have tried many ways and this my friends is not a good way if something has been deleted its gone forever.

I am sorry that you feel that way but before you keep bagging this product about only being for a year you should understand this.

Its not only Parentologic that has a yearly renewal but companies like Symantec, AVG, Mcafee and many more it is the only viable way for them to continually research and update the software so that you have the best program available.

I'm a new custommer and I must say I'm furious about my new purchase and I don't like hidden information. I went over and over your web site and even in the purchase section, NOTHING is mentionned about the fact that the Licence Key is only good for 1 year. I'ts only when I started the program and enterted the licence key that I saw i little "Renew" section and then, I discover that the licence was only working for one year. This is very near from FRAUD. Not giving the Entire information to a new custommer in unnaceptable. By hidding this important information, you suggest that the licence key is good forever, wich is not the case! I buy a lot of stuff in the interner and it is the first time I see a company playing the "HIDDEN POLICY" just to make sure you catch your ratio of suckers. Even in the FAQ section, the "term of Use section, nothing about this. This is a outragous practice and I will make sure that every forum on the net knows about your Hidden policy practice.

A very frustated not renewing custumer
