I had it installed for more than two years without any issues, but I didn't renew and opted for a free version as i was told they were just as good as any paid programs.

With in two months of using these so called free programs and not xoftspyse I had my google account hijacked from malware or spyware being installed on my computer.

It has taken me more than a month to get this corrected and a lot of headaches.

From now on I am sticking with Xoftspyse.
