We will make every effort to allow everybody to post a review on the site without us having to moderate before it is shown on the site.
However on occasion your review may be flagged by our system as spam and will need to be moderated before appearing. In this instance please allow 24 to 48 hrs for your review to appear on the site.
If you are writting a review we would only like you to post the one review on the selected product. If this creates a follow on conversation that is ok but this conversation will be monitored. To be notified of follow up comments you will need to ensure that the notify me of followup comments is ticked under the comments section of your review.
For those wishing to make a review or comment on a product or service that you have not used or do not own but are looking for more information, please ask your questions such what you like or dislike about the product or service. Also giving the product a rating as this all counts towards the products credibility and lets others now of your thoughts about this product or service.
If you are a product vendor and wish to have a review placed on the site for the critique of our consumers please send your review directly to our webmaster using our submit review form and we will place into the appropriate category. You will be allowed one link to the site being reviewed.
We would also like to ask that no swearing, crude or any undesirable behavior is posted onto the site as well as and included multiple urls posted. These actions will get your review deleted and you possibly banned from the site. Do not get into arguments with others this site is for product and service reviews only if you disagree with a review tell us why but do not attack others that are entitled to their opinion. So keep your personal emotions out of the review. Anyone purposely attempting to manipulate a review for their own gain will be removed.
The easiest way to write your review is to stay focused on the facts not what you have heard or read somewhere else but by personal experience. Tell our consumers what you did like and what you did’t like about the product or service. There is no limit to the amount of words you can use in your review but again if you keep it factual it should be no more than 300 to 500 words in total.
At no time will you be permitted to place contact details of any product or service vendor into the review this includes (phone, name, email address). No affiliate links we be accepted no exception.
If you are the product vendor of the reviewed product we do not have any issues if you mail out your customer base to advise them of the review on your product that has been placed on the site. However we do not endorse the use of bonuses or special gifts for doing so if this is the case then the review could be removed. We would like to keep the reviews as neutral as possible so as to benefit all of our consumers.
All reviews will be moderated according to the rules laid out above. We will not remove or edit any reviews once they are approved for posting so please do not email us to do so. We are looking for honest reviews whether they are good, bad or indifferent any one found to be abusing or attempting to misuse this review site in anyway will have their reviews or products removed and in some cases have their Ip address banned from our web site.
At the end of the day this review site is for you the “Consumer” and if you use it correctly you will have a very valuable resource to use as a reference before purchasing any product online.
